Initially we started to be more self reliant. We didn’t have a lot of space to keep food storage, so we thought learning how to grow it is the next best thing.

There are several interpretations on what a homestead is or what is homesteading, but the definition that I like is:
A lifestyle of self-sufficiency
It also may include subsistence agriculture, food preservation, and it can involve the small scale production of textiles, clothing, and craftwork for household use or sale.
An urban homestead is the urban version of a regular homestead. You may be able to fulfil the homesteading lifestyle in completeness, but it is striving to achieve a semblance of that while still living in the city/suburbs and working a 9-5 job.

The best way to find out when we have fresh arrangements is to follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or to subscribe to our newsletter and we will post and email when we have some available. It all depends on what flowers are growing at the time.

Dried arrangements/wreaths will be listed on the website or available when we set up a shop in front of our house.
